BenQ presents the new Joybook Lite U121 Eco netbook that will be available soon in China, Malaysia and Taiwan markets. The U121 Eco sports an Intel Atom Z520 or Z530 processor, 1GB RAM, Intel GMA500 graphics, a hard drive up to 500GB and otpional SSD up to 32GB.
BenQ’s JoyBook U121 comes with a 11.6-inch 1366×768 LED-backlit LCD display, a 1.3 Megapixel webcam, a 4-in-1 card reader and optional Bluetooth. It supports WiFi 802.11b/g and optional HSUPA 3.G. There are built-in 2W speakers with SRS TruSurround HD sound effect.
BenQ Joybook Lite U121 Eco runs either Windows XP Home or Linux Lite. It includes a battery that can run for 8 hours. The Eco netbook weighs just 1.3kg.
